Associate Administrator (Fresh Graduates)

Job Description:
  • Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports.
  • Assist the Unit Head in liasing with internal customers; other departments.
  • Prepare the relevant correspondences with regards to the issuance of instruction letters to Solicitors and undertaking letters to developers / vendors.
  • Check and prepare the security documents lodgement / withdrawal (as applicable) forms for onward submission to Custodian.
  • Updating of the relevant reports.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Candidates must be able to start work immediately.
  • No work experience required.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
