Purchasing Assistant Supervisor

Job Duties:

1. Source and liaise with approved supplier for non-stock (comparable parts, equipment, and others purchasing items for manufacturing purpose)

2. Evaluate and forward proposed quotations to your superior for approval

3. To input and check data to the company's computer inventory system, e.g, checking all incoming and outgoing inventory

4. To ensure that all relevant periodical reports are submitted on a timely basis

5. To actively participate in all the company's organized events

6. To assist supervisor/manager to ensure the smooth running of the department and actively participate in continuous improvement within the department and/or the company

7. Preparation of purchase order and delivery monitoring

8. Comply with ISO9001 and ISO4001 procedures and requirements

9. Comply with GST procedures and requirements

 

Job Requirements: Min SPM 3 years experience in relevant industry

Salary Range: RM2,601 - RM4,000 / mth
