Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate who can start work immediately.
  • Candidate possesses with own transportation will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate who can speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must able to work shift (24/7).
  • Experience in shipping or logistics will be an added advantage.
