Service Support Executive (Sales Coordinator)

Job description:
  • To provide administrative support to the Client Services Department.
  • To assist the HOD in planning, organizing and implementing plans and proposals to ensure the department meets the objectives and vision of the Company.
  • To gather information on the market situation, competition, and development.
  • Adhere and comply with company ISO 9001 processes and ensure all activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment act and equality laws.
  • Prepare and compile all tender supporting documents before the deadline.
  • Prepare marketing presentation materials, quotations and proposals.
  • To screen all incoming call and qualify for inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Prepare monthly billing memo, credit note memo, complaint memo and other relevant supporting documents.
  • To monitor ad-hoc sales such as liaison with clients on job commencement date, deployment, preparing work done and ensure client endorsement of work done.
  • Other support such as site survey, site visit, filing and safekeeping of confidential document, memo, and correspondence.
  • To assist and perform ad-hoc assignment as and when assigned.
  Requirement(s):
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially those from a services / cleaning services industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.\
  • Required language: English and Mandarin.
