SOC Advisor (Customer Service)

  • To handle customers’ complaint / enquiries and requests on all products and services based on the latest updated details.
  • To resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint.
  • To assist installers to register, test and activate a new account and update record into the system.
  • To provide technical troubleshooting to problems reported and ensure customer's complaint managed end to end.
  • Able to determining the cause of the problem, providing the best solution in solving the problem, escalating and/or expediting on correction action as well as to follow up closely to ensure resolution.
  • To act in a professional and efficient manner in handling of all inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, faxes and letters within the agreed response time and /or the set processes.
  • To manage existing customer’s accounts for data update, transfer, account renewal, and documentations.
  • To assist installers to test and activate a new account and update record into the system as and when it is carried out.
  • To manage alerts involving theft, crash, e-call request and stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) following strictly all SOC SOPs and set guidelines.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie/ Temasya Industrial Park - Shah Alam.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Candidate's ability to speak Mandarin and/or dialects an advantage.
