Job Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support 
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's DegreeDegree, in any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • No work experience required, welcome Fresh Graduates
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transportation will be an added advantage.
