Details	:	Manage the Global and Multinational Customers (GMNC) collection process to follow the company's strategy and achieve DSO, ageing and bad debt targets of Malaysia market Work together wtih the Billing and Query Handling Teams to meet targets Provide a "Best in Class" receivables management service via customers relation enhancement, creative solutions, problem solving technique, etc. Act as the expert in the subject matter to provide advice in collection strategy and services Manage credit application Manage the total collection function of all GMNC's receivables and ensure all overdue amounts from all customers and paid promptly by calling customers and arranging for settlements, maintaining customer relations and conduting regular field visits Perform credit and financial analysis on new and existing customers in order to institute credit limits and terms Manage backend operations to minimize bad debts by dealing with credit suspended accounts tactfully and coordinationg actions with solicitors and external collection agents. Manage annual budget of DSO, aging and bad debt for financial reporting Manage monthly cash flow reforecast, bad debt provision and long overdue analysis
Education	:	Credit analysis and debt collection skills Awareness of legal process and creditor's rights Financial accounting knowledge Execellent English communication skills, spoken and written Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in Express or Logistic Industry (preferable) At least 3 years experience in a management/supervisory position. Preferably with professional membership in credit industry (e.g. Member of Institute of Credit Management (UK), National Association of Credit Management (USA), Credit Institute of Canada, HK Credit and Collection Management Association, etc) Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
