Case Manager - Aesthetic Clinic #MWY

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing the care and support provided to our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their healthcare journey. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assessing patient needs and developing personalised care plans to address their unique requirements
  • Coordinating with doctors, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Shadowing doctors during consultations to support patient understanding and care continuity
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans to optimise outcomes
  • Acting as a liaison between patients, families, and the clinic to enhance the overall patient experience • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support care coordination
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to identify and resolve any barriers to patient wellbeing
  • Providing emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and families throughout their journey
  • Utilising strong sales skills to promote clinic services and treatment plans, ensuring patients are well-informed and confident in their choices - Generate sales in collaboration with the medical team What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Case Manager or in a similar healthcare coordination role
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and patient care processes • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to advocate for patient rights and deliver high-quality care • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
  • Relevant healthcare-related qualifications (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, or related field)
  • Sales skill is required, with the ability to confidently recommend and explain treatment options to patients
