Description
Location: Shah Alam
Date: Immediate
Time: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week
Salary: Up to RM3,500
Role Type: Permanent
Job scopes:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements
- Maintain filing systems and prepare reports for management
- Assist in employee engagement activities and general administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Good command in English, able to follow instructions.
- Malay, Diploma and above, 25yo-35yo
