Location: Shah Alam

Date: Immediate

Time: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week

Salary: Up to RM3,500

Role Type: Permanent

Job scopes:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements
  • Maintain filing systems and prepare reports for management
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and general administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Good command in English, able to follow instructions.
  • Malay, Diploma and above, 25yo-35yo
