Collection Officer – Contract
Location: Johor Bahru
Contract: 3 Months + 9 Months (potential permanent conversion based on performance)
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,600
Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate suitable repayment plans.
Handle payment enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate site visits and repossession matters when required.
Update collection records and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Collection/Credit Control experience is an advantage.
Good English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Salary
Diploma Fresh Graduate: RM2,000 – RM2,100
Degree Fresh Graduate: RM2,200 – RM2,300
Experienced Candidate: Up to RM2,600
