Designation: Fashion Brand Store Supervisor

Job Description:
1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and sales activities.
2. Guide and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets.
3. Handle customer inquiries, provide styling recommendations, and resolve escalated issues.
4. Maintain impeccable store presentation and strict visual merchandising standards.
5. Oversee stock replenishment, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
6. Ensure the store environment remains welcoming, luxurious, and customer-focused.
Requirements:
1. Having 2-3 years of sales assistant experience in fast fashion/retail (Example: ZARA, URBAN REVIVO, KENZO etc)
2. Have experience supervising team
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
5. Energetic, proactive, and capable of leading a small team.
6. Comfortable engaging with customers and providing personalized service.
7. Well-groomed and presentable.
8. Chinese speakers are welcomed!
