Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily General Ledger operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and financial reports.
• Perform financial analysis and explain variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax-related activities.
• Lead the General Ledger team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger, financial reporting, or Record-to-Report (R2R) functions.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/MFRS, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, accruals, and audit support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
