Responsibilities

- Monitor and track trade spending to ensure it stays within budget.

- Process and verify invoices accurately in SAP or the company's finance system.

- Review and validate trade claims, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and approved.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices, claims, and payments.

- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payment processing.

- Perform monthly reconciliation of customer, distributor, and vendor accounts.

- Prepare reports related to trade claims, trade spending, and reconciliations.

- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

- Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in Trade Claims, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Commercial Finance, or a similar role.

- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of SAP or other finance systems is an added advantage.

- Have background in FMCG is an added advantage.
