Recruitment Manager #MVG


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage HR Recruitment team and establish performance KPI 
  • Establish recruitment procedures and policies, such as screening, selection, offer and onboarding process.
  • Monitor and responsible for full recruitment cycle to ensure the right candidates were being selected
  • To interview applicants (individual and group interview)
  • Ensure candidate‚Äôs onboarding process are fully 
  • Implement recruitment activities such as career fairs, expo and field trip 
  • Responsible for administrative work relevant to HR 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum experience 5-7 years of working experience in HR Recruitment functions.
