Recruitment Manager #MVG
- Manage HR Recruitment team and establish performance KPI
- Establish recruitment procedures and policies, such as screening, selection, offer and onboarding process.
- Monitor and responsible for full recruitment cycle to ensure the right candidates were being selected
- To interview applicants (individual and group interview)
- Ensure candidate’s onboarding process are fully
- Implement recruitment activities such as career fairs, expo and field trip
- Responsible for administrative work relevant to HR
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum experience 5-7 years of working experience in HR Recruitment functions.
