Chinese Recruiter Manager #MJW


Job Descriptions:

  • Overseeing the in-house recruiters and being responsible to hit the KPI.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection of all staff including the selection policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for all spectrum of the recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job application, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing and employment contract to select the right candidates.
  • Be able to do the one-on-one interviews and handle group interviews as well.
  • Planning and managing the orientation to the new hires on the first-day on-board.
  • Coordinate with Director for arranging interview schedule for key role candidate.
  • Building a candidate pipeline in order to support the company in the future.
  • Support recruitment activities, for instance, job fairs, open houses and career expo.
  • Handle administrative works relevant to the recruitment process.
  • Other Recruitment related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian Nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum experience 5-7 years of working experience in HR Recruitment functions.
  • Computer literacy is necessary.
  • Willing to work hard and under pressure.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Highly responsible and motivated.
  • Hand on experience in recruitment (mass hiring is preferred)
  • Mandarin/ Cantonese speaking is desirable as this role will handle Hongkong/ mandarin speaker fundraiser recruitment as well.
  • Background from a recruitment agency is advantageous.
