Location:

• Klang Valley

Duration: 12 Months Contract
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000/month
Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday (5 working days per week)
Rotational schedule including Public Holidays
2 days off per week (including Sunday)

Job Description

• Ensure sufficient equipment, devices, materials, and tools are available before installation appointments.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with customers regarding appointments.
• Perform end-to-end installation of fibre broadband and related services to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide consultation and troubleshooting support for Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Conduct testing of broadband, voice, and related services after installation.
• Perform High-Speed Internet (HSI) speed testing and service verification according to company standards.
• Carry out VOIP call testing, including incoming and outgoing calls, and complete required documentation.
• Promote current products, services, and promotional packages for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all installations and service activities comply with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in network, fibre, broadband, CCTV, or telecommunications installation is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Maxpert or similar field technician is an advantage.
• Knowledge of networking equipment, routers, modems, and fibre connectivity is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within the assigned coverage area.
• Able to work on rotational schedules, weekends, and public holidays when required.
