Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing company products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work in KLCC
- Willing to do shift
- SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder in any disciplines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
