Asset Management Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)
Location: Bandar Utama
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to RM3,200
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional and effective collection calls to customers with overdue accounts, ensuring achievement of NPL (Non-Performing Loan) targets and reduction of Expected Credit Loss (ECL).
Manage and coordinate repossession activities promptly to locate vehicles under the NPL portfolio, while ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements. Support redemption cases that require critical handling.
Review customer accounts thoroughly and initiate site visit requests, investigations, or searches when necessary.
Identify and escalate suspicious or problematic accounts for further review, and diligently follow up on resolutions.
Negotiate effectively with customers, agents, and relevant stakeholders to minimize controllable expenses and maximize recovery outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of collection and repossession activities.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered.
Prior experience in banking, finance, collections, or credit recovery is an advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel on an ad hoc basis as required for the role.
