Location: Jalan Ampang

Salary: RM4,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly claim submissions for NADI and USP programmes
* Ensure invoices, payment records, official receipts and supporting documents meet claim requirements
* Compile and maintain claim documentation in an audit-ready format
* Perform data extraction, reconciliation and analysis to ensure claim accuracy
* Monitor claim submission, MCMC verification, reimbursement and collection status
* Support MCMC verification workshops, audits and compliance reviews
* Maintain claim databases, trackers and filing systems
* Prepare claim status updates, collection reports, invoice verification reports and management dashboards
* Ensure claims comply with MCMC guidelines, internal governance and audit requirements
* Identify opportunities to improve claim processing accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
* Experienced in SAP Reporting
* Experienced in Invoice Reconciliation
* Advanced in Documentation Management
* Experienced in Audit Compliance
* Advanced Excel & Data Analytics skills
* Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
