Client Service Officer (KL)

Description

Essential / Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit Trusts.

2. Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter.

3. Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and customers.

4. Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer.

5. Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing.

6. Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax voucher to customer upon request.

7. Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform.

8. Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters related to daily investors’ transactions.

9. Adhoc task as assign by Superior

Experience/ Qualifications/Requirement:

· Candidates with working experience in customer service will be an advantage

· Candidates must possess at least SPM and above

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·Good communication in English

· Good interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented, organize, self-motivated & ability to work independently

· Responsible, positive and aggressive attitude.
