Job Scope
•Quality check of documentation for policy processing
•Data capturing of policy/risk information in system
•To ensure accuracy of risk details
•To attend phone calls/emails from business units and intermediary
•To ensure policies/endorsements are issued within the turnaround time
•Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filing of documents
Job Requirement
-At least SPM level
-At least 1 year working experience in customer service.
-Required Skill(s): Familiar with customer service
-Fresh graduates are also welcomed
