Description

Job Descriptions :


-Mainly in answering calls from customers

-Handle inquiries and complaints from customers

-Key in and update existing data

-Manage and organize records and files

-Prepare relevant reports as needed

-Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basic


Job Requirements :


-Candidates must have minimum a SPM

-Candidate must be able to communicate in good English

-Candidates must have experience in using Microsoft Office
