Position: Sales Associate
Location: TRX

Salary: RM2.5k
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
2. Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
3. Support daily retail operations and sales activities.
4. Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
5. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
6. Ensure the store environment remains welcoming, organized, and customer-focused.
Requirements
1. Having 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Example: ZARA, URBAN REVIVO, KENZO etc)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
4. Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented.
5. Comfortable engaging with customers and providing personalized service.
6. Well-groomed and presentable.
7. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
