Leasing & Business Development Manager – F&B (Klang Valley/Johor)
- Salary: Up to RM6,000/month, negotiable
- Commission: Available / additional earning potential
- Profile: Chinese Female
- Experience: 1–2 years in leasing, business development or F&B
- Petrol: Claimable with receipts
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure F&B tenants across 14 food court locations
- Manage new leasing, renewals and re-leasing
- Build relationships with F&B brands/operators
- Handle rental and lease negotiations
- Drive occupancy, rental revenue and tenant mix
- Coordinate tenant onboarding with Operations
- Monitor tenant performance and renewals
