Food Court Operations Manager
- Salary: Up to RM6,000/month, negotiable
- Profile: Chinese
- Experience: 2–3 years in F&B / food court / retail operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily food court operations and service standards
- Lead, train and motivate supervisors and F&B staff
- Monitor sales, targets and staff performance
- Manage tenant/vendor relationships and concerns
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
- Manage staffing, appraisals and disciplinary matters
- Review operations and recommend improvements
- Report on sales, productivity and overall performance
