Job description:

Our client is a leading telecommunications service provider in Malaysia. If you have a strong technical background, enjoy working in the field, and are passionate about customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary & Benefits

• RM2,200 – RM3,000 per month
• 6month Contract

Working Hours

• Monday – Saturday (Sun OFF)
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide information on company's products, plans, promotions and services.
• Recommend suitable mobile plans, devices and value-added services based on customers’ needs.
• Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, registration, billing and basic account-related matters.
• Process new subscriptions, upgrades, renewals and plan changes accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock checking and other assigned duties.
• Follow company SOPs and sales procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Computing, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
• Experience in fibre installation, networking, or technical support will be an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driving licence, own a car, and be willing to travel to customer sites.
• Professional certifications such as CA1C/CA2C, CCNA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
