Our client is the leading supplier of Quarry and Premix solutions to the construction and development industry in Malaysia.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource (“HR”) functions of the Group* including but not limited to recruitment & selections, training & development, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance reviews and terminations.
• Strategizes, plans and reviews manpower requirements at organizational level to support business growth of each entity in the Group*.
• Identifies the legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, reporting and records maintenance are in compliance.
• Participates in establishing departmental measurements (Key Performance Indicators) for all departments (including Human Resource & Administration (“HRA”) Department) that supports the accomplishment of the strategic goals of the Group*.
• Liaise with recruitment agency for foreign workers and oversees other related matters such as renewal of working permits, welfare, accommodation, disciplinary issues etc.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and have at least eight (8) years of the required experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity; OR
• Have at least twelve (12) years of the required experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity.
