Network Technician (Home wifi)
Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- Has experiences related to CCTV, Wi-Fi installer experience is a plus.
- Must possess with own Car and Driving license
- Languages required : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Make necessary preparations for installation for WIFI, router.
- Responsible for end-to-end installation process
- Responsible for product installation including RGW, Set Top Box, Optical Network Terminal, Dectphone, Wi-Fi extenders
- Providing assistance in consultation, configuration and troubleshoot of Customers’ Premise Equipment
- Perform triple play services testing including High-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test
