Purchasing Officer (Shah Alam)

Description

Job Scope:

  • Source, requisite & expedite required item once approve
  • To maintain approve vendor list
  • To maintain record on material order/Stock & usage
  • Monitor of vendor quality & delivery status
  • To prepare monthly customs report
  • Lies with customs officer for the declaration of cargo & disposal/ wastage & renewal license of LMW
  • To ensure ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System Procedures and activities are implemented

Requirements:

  • Qualification at least diploma & above
  • working experience must have at least 2 year & purchasing background
