Designation: Retail Assistant (Permanent)
Location: Sunway Pyramid
Permanent placement
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,400/month

Strong communication skills
Strong command of English
Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
Sales-oriented and target-driven
Passionate about skincare / beauty is an advantage

JOB SCOPE:
Present and demonstrate products
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products
Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and share product information with customers
Handle merchandise displays and promotions
Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports
Assist with TikTok / Instagram Reels content when required
Support and train future sales staff
Able to work on some weekends & Public Holidays during pop-up periods
