Job descriptions:
● Make sure there are enough items/ devices, materials, tools, including the arrangement of installation visit and reaching out to customers
●Responsible for end to end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers
●Providing consultation and troubleshooting of Customers Premises Equipment (CPE)
●Promoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products
●Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for long term partnership
Job Requirements:
●SPM leavers still can apply
●Prefer a Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/ equivalent field
●Must have sales experience before
●Must have own transport vehicle (car)
